Brand Strategy
Human Factor exists to equip organizations to navigate burnout. In such a fast paced world facing burnout is almost inevitable. Human Factor provides evidence based solutions to navigating burnout, moving beyond a monthly pizza party to tangible exercises ranging from the individual employee to implementing policy changes at the C Suite level.
The brand needed to attract Jen’s target audience of C Suite executives and decision makers while still feeling authentic and human. The colors chosen are professional but soft, the serif font selected provides simple but beautiful and thoughtful details, and the textures provided add a layer of depth to the brand.
